3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Free trial

New customers can try the Services free for 10 days. No payment card is required to start the trial. The trial does not convert automatically to a paid plan: to keep using the Services after the trial, you must upgrade manually from your account.

5. Plans, prices and billing

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Plans start from ₹1,999 per month. Current plans and prices are shown on our website.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for each 30-day period and renew automatically at the end of each period. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Each charged period is a full payment. It is non-refundable and not prorated, even if you use the Services for only part of the period, except as set out in section 6 (Refund Policy).
  • To cancel, contact our team at hi@botosynthesis.com at least 7 days before your next renewal date. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid period, and no further charges apply.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend your account after notifying you, until the payment is made.
  • If you upgrade, the new plan's features and price apply as shown at the time of upgrade. If you downgrade, the change applies from your next billing period.
  • The mobile app is available on the Enterprise plan only.
  • Third-party fees: WhatsApp message fees are billed to you directly by Meta, and Botosynthesis adds no markup. AI usage fees are billed to you directly by the AI provider whose API key you use. These fees are not part of our subscription price.
  • We may change our prices by giving you reasonable advance notice. A price change applies from your next billing period, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
  • Refunds are covered by section 6 (Refund Policy).

6. Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 15 days of your first subscription payment, no questions asked. The 15 days start on the date of your first payment; the free trial period does not count towards them. To request a refund, email hi@botosynthesis.com from the email address linked to your account.

After those 15 days, no refunds are given, including for renewals.

This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
