Meta’s rate card effective 1 October 2026 lists these rates for Indian numbers: ₹0.8631 per marketing message, and ₹0.115 per utility, authentication or service message. Each business number also gets 1,000 free service messages a month. Taxes are extra.
Per message. Meta moved from conversation-based pricing to per-message pricing on 1 July 2025. You pay for each delivered message, at the rate for its category and the recipient’s country.
Yes. Messages customers send to you are free. Each business phone number gets 1,000 free service messages a month. Messages in a free entry point window are also free. That window opens when a customer reaches you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad, and it can stay open for up to 7 days.
No. Botosynthesis uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API with your own WhatsApp Business account. Meta bills you directly at its published rates, and Botosynthesis adds zero markup to those charges.
