A new way to turn your Instagram audience into customers. Yes, you can make your Instagram chatbot send an automatic reply to the audience’s Instagram DM when they mention you in their Instagram story.
You can customize the chatbot’s auto-reply to send a flow or product or can trigger AI to reply with an answer with this story tool. This will help your business to increase engagement with your audience.
To use this tool, navigate to Menu > Tools > Instagram Story Automations.
You can create a new story tool, view analytics, and the list of other story tools which you had created already to boost the engagement.
Create New Instagram Story tool
On the Instagram story tool section, click the “Add” button above the table and you will get the tool setup wizard-like as similar to the image below.
In this setup window,
Tracks story mentions on – You can choose which stories you can use this story tool to give auto-reply by Instagram chatbots.
- All Stories – Story tool will work on all Instagram Story mentions.
- Specific Posts – Story tool works for particular (specific mentions). You can choose that specific mentions after selecting this option on the drop-down menu.
Reply To – You can build a rule to make your chatbot send auto-reply messages for particular story mentions.
- All mentions – Chatbot will reply to all the story mentions
- Mention Matching Rule – You can create a rule that the chatbot has to send auto-reply for certain mentions that contain specific words or exact words.
- Mentions matching the Setup AI/Dialogflow: This rule will let the chatbot reply for mentions matching keyword or training phrase in the Setup AI/Dialogflow.
